A friend told me about this great soup that Rachel Ray makes and I had to try the recipe and it was so good! My husband isn't a soup fan but he really liked this! It's spicy and the cheese floaters are so good! www.foodnetwork.com/recipes?rachel-ray/italian-sub-stoup-and-garlic-toast-floaters-recipe/index.html

Taco Salad
I love making Taco Salad! It's so easy and quick to make especially if I have left over ground beef seasoned in taco seasoning! I usually cook a lot of ground beef in taco seasoning and use some for tacos and freeze the left over for a different dish later on. Most of the ingredients in this recipe are stocked in my fridge all of the time like cheese, lettuce, green onion, tomatoe and ranch dressing.
Taco Salad recipe
1 lb ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
2 green onions chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
Iceburg Lettuce
1 can of olives
1 can of kidney beans (or anykind of beans you have in the pantry)
shredded cheese (any kind. I prefer chedder cheese)
and don't forget ranch dressing to tie it all together
ENJOY!!
